DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Food safety and environmental pollution (air & waste water, watershed forests, etc.) are the hot issues of concern in Vietnam today. This situation is not only in Vietnam but also common in developing countries.

SJF is aimed to become one of the pioneer enterprises to solve that problems by applying the advanced technologies from developed countries to the fields of agriculture, forestry and environmental treatment.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES:

1. Maintaining the No.1 position in the Industrial bamboo in Vietnam.
– Revenues reach 2,000 billion within 02 years.
– Developing 10,000 ha of bamboo forest in the North West of Vietnam.
– Building the new 100,000 m3/year bamboo Factory in Thanh Hoa province (with Lam Son Lasuco Sugarcane JSC.) in 2018.

2. Become Vietnam No.1 in Organic Food
– Become Vietnam Top 3 Safe Food Brand
– Investing in Production and cooperating with large agricultural production enterprises.
– Providing Japanese technology solutions.
– Distribution of Japanese lacto-technology agricultural products.
– M&A companies in agricultural sector (state-owned and privated).

3. Become Vietnam No.1 in Fresh food Storage.
– Focus on high value fruit specialties.
– Cooperate with large agricultural enterprises.
– Building fresh food storage in raw material areas throughout the Country.
