1. Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat
    CEO.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat has many years of experience in the field of management, investment management, project consultancy ect. in large corporations. Mr. Dat is very enthusiastic and passionate about the development and application of bamboo eco-materials (he calls “happy material”) in architectural and interior projects. Mr. Dat has 6 years of experience working with bamboo at Truc Xuan Bamboo JSC and Mai Chau BWG JSC where he creates a wide range of industrial, household and bamboo furniture products. With many years of experience in managing business, cooperating with large international consultancy organizations, Mr. Dat has been driving SJF on the road map that the company is pursuing.

Mr. Dat graduated from Hanoi University of Architecture and also holds a Master degree of Architecture. He used to work for many big companies such as HUD-CIC, Tu Liem Urban Development JSC, Song Da Urban Development and Tona Construction and Investment JSC.

2. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nam

3. Mr. Masayuki Takeuchi
     Deputy General Director

Mr. Masayuki Takeuchi is an expert in biotechnology and organic farming in Japan and internationally. He is the inventor of the Hokuyo hydroponic technology that has been widely used in Japan and in many countries around the world. His desire is to help SJF and Vietnam in building sustainable agriculture with high quality products for Vietnamese people and for exporting to Japan.

Mr. Masayuki Takeuchi is co-founder of Hokuyo Engineering and Sunstar Lacto Japan, which provides high-tech biological products. He is the key to SJF’s success in agricultural and food production.

4. Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang
     Chief Accountant

Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang has been a key member of SJF since the early days of SJF. He has held many different positions and roles in the group. Mr. Quang is currently the Deputy General Director and Chief Accountant of SJF. Mr. Quang has many years of experience in financial and accounting management in large organizations: Nippon Express Vietnam Joint Venture Company, HAARP Project Management Unit, Ministry of Health, Mai Chau BWG Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from the University of Commerce and also a Chief Accountant Degree.
